Team BVI report to ST Lucia Aquatic Center located at Rodney Bay Village in ST Lucia at 3:00 pm Friday 14th for final registration before meet get on its way as required. The event was the 20th annual meet of OECS members sanctioned by FINA. Participating countries were Antigua & Barbuda, BVI, Grenada, ST Vincent & the Grenadines and host Country ST lucia.
Team BVI comprise of (BVISF) BVI Swimming Federation president Verne Wheatley, coaches Tracy Bradshaw, Elsworth Phillips and swimmers Amarah and Elinah Phillips.
